Meet Nicole Dietrich

Background

Nicole Dietrich

Nicole used to believe being healthy had to be obsessive and restrictive. But moving to France from Vancouver changed everything for her. She learned that food is not the enemy—rushing, stress, and diet culture are. Rediscovering this transformed her health and relationship with food.

Her journey started in moving to Fiji, where she taught at a local school—an experience that sparked her love for teaching, farming, and nutrition. Later, while living in France, she opened a small yoga studio for English speakers within her partner’s café, further deepening her passion for wellness and community. Nicole later moved to Australia and New Zealand, where she studied Horticulture and Business/Marketing.

A lifelong advocate for movement and sports, Nicole has a strong interest in Sports Nutrition alongside gut health and autoimmune conditions. Her areas of focus include:

  • Weight Loss & Weight Gain

  • Sleep & Energy Support

  • SIBO & IBS

  • Celiac Disease & Gluten Sensitivity

  • Lactose Intolerance

  • PMS & Painful Cycles

  • Pre-Diabetes & Type II Diabetes

  • Binge Eating Disorder

  • Primitive / Paleo Diet

  • Osteoporosis

Nicole’s philosophy begins with eating seasonal, simple, and shared meals while incorporating movement into daily life. She believes the human body is an integrated system where no symptom exists in isolation, and that true wellness comes from addressing the root cause rather than simply managing symptoms.

In her free time, you’ll find Nicole making sourdough bread, creating jewelry, or staying active outdoors.
