Katarina graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017. As an athlete herself, she’s seen many athletes and outdoor enthusiasts suffer from injuries that hold them back. She is a member of the Canadian Ski Mountaineering Team having represented Canada in both the 2015 and 2019 Ski Mountaineering World Championships in Switzerland. She is a big advocate of spending her days in the outdoors be it climbing, skiing and mountain biking therefore understanding potential risk for injuries. Tending to and rehabilitating to her own injuries has allowed her to better understand the uniqueness of each injury that an athlete presents with and creating individual treatment plans for their recovery.

As an avid mountain enthusiast, my goal is to promote an active rehab approach to encourage a lifestyle change for patients through working together to get back out doing what you love most!
